Airline Card Compare Credit Mile

Well, it was one year (approximately, maybe more) since I assumed the function ..... but I remember being able to compare credit cards. You walked in what your current card is / was and what you paid (annual and monthly balance) and .... perhaps one or two other details, and you pointed to Yahoo maps which offer better deals. The "best" included better pay (points, cash back, airline miles, etc.) or better rates. Is always around the tool? If it's not Yahoo, no idea where I might find a similar tool?
