I had to go bankrupt (chp13) due to a house that was my rent, but in a gray zone where I had trouble collecting rent from tenants. I could not afford to make payments. My credit score is 680 and currently I'm moving into better housing, but they want better credit scores. I have never been late on payments when I was standing. No payment for your cell phone bill on time does not work I would find another apartment that's crazy not to unless your income is not cut to move as long as your story rental apartment is pretty clean most complex does not care for other things. To your credit score to a total of 680 is considered good and I think it's the location of its independent apartment you denying there are other places that will say yes.
