Balance Transfer Cards For Bad Credit

For example, say I get a promotion for one year 0% on balance transfers. During this year, I transfer the balance on the card, but do not put anything else on the card. I do more than the minimum payment each month.

Once the year is 0% expires, and I still have a balance on the card, but less than what I started with, is it wrong for me to transfer the balance to another card unless with a similar offer?

This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it's not really help repay your debts unless you spend on interest payments to avoid the scales. I spend less time worrying about interest rates and more time to reflect on ways to increase payments and get out of debt sooner.
