Best Airline Mileage Credit Card

I was just wondering what the best credit card for the purchase is the airline mileage. My sister has a Frontier Airlines MasterCard, but I'm not sure this is the best card for me. I looked at the Miles Card by Discover Card. Does anyone else have any experience with other cards?
