Not sure if you live in the Dallas / Ft Worth, but it is a mortgage company that uses ultra cornball their ads in TV / Radio. They have Kevin Miller, who is well spoken. The production values of these ads are beautiful and consumers have clearly taken its concepts ad. http://www.texaslending.com/
If you live outside of Texas, I would like to know the research in the mirror of its concept. If executed properly, consumers will see less of the cornball and more there are offers as they did with success here.
