Continental Can in one pass miles be purchased from other travelers? Miles are non-transferable in a sense, but they may be legally offered as a gift for a price "nominal". I just gave my daughter United Miles to keep his account active, and it cost me $ 99.50 to transfer about 2,000 miles. Airlines generally deal in increments of 1,000 miles only.
Best to check with their website.
Some airlines only allow, but not all.
