Canadian Unsecured Credit Cards

There are many ads on the net from banks offering unsecured credit cards for people who have declared personal bankruptcy, but have not been released for 7 years from now, as you live United States. I have not been able to find a company to make the same offer to Canadian residents. There must be at least one. Please let us know because I am convinced that in all of Canada must be at least one bank or finance company that offers a credit card unsecured personal for people trying to obtain a second chance after a series personal financial back.
