Continental One Pass Rewards

Continental One Pass RewardsContinental "One Pass" help "?

I'm new to the awards program in one pass. I am completely confused on how it works. The last 3 years or about 42,000 miles accumulated IVE ... I wanted to get a return ticket to New York OK. When you look online, he says he is about 2000 miles one way (if travel around 4000 ).... When I called the lady to try to understand how to get it, she said it would cost 35.000 miles ... When I asked where the 31,000 miles others came it did not really answer my question .... So, I make all those miles just for 1 return ticket? " And why does not the cost that since 4000 miles is how far is it????

The miles you have accumulated are surely the miles you've traveled. Me do not think you could buy every mile you've traveled for a new ticket with the same mileage. This means that for every flight you've taken somewhere, you get a free flight for the same distance - out of two trips for the price of one. If companies do, they would be out of business in no time.
