That small business owners upset about credit cards? In short, what confuses you or makes you mad processing credit cards?
I have a series of presentations that I will be performing in the coming months in various communities for Chambers of Commerce, Industry Associations, Econ. Clubs, etc. that must deal with Merchant Credit Card processing problems. I have lots of educational information processing in general and will be able to share the experiences of many traders, but I'm sure there are countless other experiences, thoughts, questions and concerns that traders have throughout the U.S..
I would appreciate your input that we have on the processing trade either face to face, MO / TO and e-commerce. Good experiences, bad experiences, unique situations, dishonest sales practices, aspects of service and support are important to you, what is your perception of market transformation are all that is confusing to you and nothing else you can think of.

2. Chargebacks - What are the remedies of merchants? Once a customer complains, a chargeback is filed immediately regardless of whether the amount has been repaid. This month, we had a case where we hit a chargeback fee of $ 20 for a transaction that we pay one day after the operation came as a result of suspected fraud with credit card ( our hunch proved correct). But we were already responsible for the chargeback fee and our merchant account provider does not reimburse us.
Double O costs - Why small business owner have to pay fees when the consumer is also paying a fee to use credit cards?

The thorn in my side.
I hate the fact they are so dishonest. Math does not lie. When a small bus. take the card fees become expensive. Why should I pay so much to manage my money?

What can you do? 2 / 3 of my bus is in credit cards.
