Credit Cards For Someone With No Credit

Posted on April 12, 2011.
Credit Cards For Someone With No CreditWhat is a good credit card for someone who has no credit?

I have no credit history, and I want to build some credit that I can buy a house later in life. But credit cards are so hard to get! What is the best to get someone to start?

Nothing like a good credit card.
All credit cards have high interest rates and they may increase them for any reason.
All credit cards have late fees and over limit outrageous expenses.
All credit cards make their own rules and change the rules whenever they want.

All credit cards as the Fico score was designed to get and keep you in debt.

If you are responsible for your money and live on less than you do. Pay as you go. Save up an emergency fund. You will have money and not have to worship the great FICO.

You did not need a FICO score for a mortgage. Find a bank that does manual underwriting. The way it was done before the FICO score.

Was in the same situation as you, I had no credit and I have submitted my application and applied for the cards, but never had any luck. What I did do was something funded by a co-signer. I had a few drinks by artisans lens and I had my grandmother cosign. I have been making steady payments so I tried to ask for another card. I went to JCPenney and they approved me for a limit of 300 (small but at least a start!) I charge a little each month and pay each money. Now Im only 19 and I have a credit score of 703.

Capital card (www.capitalone.com) or a credit card store (Macys, JCPenney, or any other store). I hope this helps!
