Credit Diagnosis

I ordered a free credit report a creditdiagnosis.com site. They then charged my credit card $ 1.00 several times and several times at $ 29.95 a month until my credit card has no money on it. I called and canceled but they keep charging my credit card and my credit card company can not do anything to stop it. I'm filing a complaint with my credit card to get money, but what can I do now to stop making creditdiagnosis cooler on my card?

Have your credit card account canceled and reissued under a new #..... Is the only way .... Request chargeback all illegal fees.

I just ran into the same scam. I'm pissed .... I tangled with Credit Diagnosis List Crags. My son was looking for an apartment for rent and they have requested a debit card # for $ 1 and like an idiot a $ $ he put in my card #. The company just took $ 29.95 on my bank account. Report Abuse

I had the same prob I called and told them I want to talk to someone who spoke English first, then I told him I stopped watching there # # # and I want you to repay the money or I'll have to take legal matters.She spoke to a supervisor and she said OK, we will refund your money on your card in 3-5 days.I then waited and asked to double check a been canceled and be sure to fill your card or better still call the card company and let them know not to let the payments go far

Tell your credit card company that you want to close this account OT, due to expenses, and you have asked to stop. asked them to send you a new card.
