Credit RestorationCredit Restoration?

What do you guys think of the restaurant business credit? Is it really? I need to start cleaning up my credit.
Any recommendations? I know I can do but I really need an expert. Thank you!

Any person who is a frequent visitor of this forum knows I am a supporter of the restoration of credit. But I also believe in education. If you are serious about restoring credit, here's an article I wrote about restoring credit that will give you some tips on how to determine a serious company not a legitimate business. Good luck to you.

The truth about credit repair: are they not all scams or illegal?
This topic is really hot one right now. People are victims of fraudsters so that there are many who take money from people and offer false hope.

What is credit restoration? It is a means by which one can have negative information removed from credit files by using its more than 300 different laws contained in the Act, the Fair Credit Reporting (FCRA). If you know how to use and manipulate these laws, you can successfully remove all information from your credit file, even if it is legitimate. This is possible because of many factors, but chief among these is that there is no law in a territory of the United States that requires information about you be reported for seven minutes, much less seven years . The truth is that anyone can write to the credit bureaus to have negative information removed from their record. But, like fixing the engine of your car, it is generally preferable to have a professional do it for you. If you do not know what you do, you can do more harm than good.

This is easier said than done. Currently in the United States, there are only a few legitimate credit restoration companies. Each has its strengths and shortcomings, but they are professionals with many years of experience behind them. Unfortunately, this can not be said about most people in the country who perform credit repair. What happened in many cases I have studied is a person bought a kit Do-it-yourself online and had some success with their credit. The problem is that now they think they can repair credit person. This is what worries me most. An untrained, unlicensed, non-bonded and uninsured person handling the credit records of others. There is absolutely no responsibility if, or rather, when the person saw things.

It's up to you to do research. You should ask lots of questions and do your due diligence. If you can not do the bare minimum to protect yourself, then do not come crying to me if you get caught for all your money. But to help you identify the scams legit, I've compiled 10 tips on how to make a difference:

1: If they say they will repair your credit in anything less than 18 months, you're not dealing with a legal business. The law requires that any agency credit restoration can not advertise or claim that they can restore or repair your credit within 18 months. (Remember that number, he'll come back later.)

2: Check the length of the company is in business. If they have been around for over 10 years, you're probably dealing with a reputable company.

3: Do your due diligence. Check with the BBB. The BBB will provide an unbiased report of how many complaints have been filed against the company over the previous three years. There are two things you want to examine here. Firstly, if more than a dozen complaints over the previous three years, this company has serious issues and you should be concerned. In addition, if the BBB has no file on all cases, just walking from the company. Any person who is hiding from the BBB must be regarded with suspicion.

4: Request pricing when talking to one of.
