Flying J Fuel Card

Guys, I have 2004 flight simulator and I want to do more than steal. Can you tell me how to use the ground staff i use Ctrl + Shift +2 and Shift + F, but no fuel cars and freight trucks come. Guys, this is their way I can look in my plane or can see where the passengers are seated. Please tell me how to get passengers boarding my plane I use Ctrl + J, but things DONT. Please tell me how land use crew.please. is their problem with my video card I have 128 MB video card.

There are many reasons why things do not happen.

In 2002 you just had parking in the lanes Jet 2004 added but did not work. Most of the time.
