Gas BarbecuesPosted on January 26, 2010. Gas Grills Do not give a different taste charcoal? I want to buy a barbecue for my garden, and I'm wondering if it might be less hassle to go with a gas I have owned both types and only daughter, a gas grill is the only way for me to go. That said, many girls are probably unique charcoal and love them. It's really a very personal decision, no "right" and "bad". I think my gas grill should be much cleaner and easier to use, and therefore I use it more than I ever used my fire. I even baked cakes in it! And to get there, I press a button and it's ready in minutes. I do not have to carry the house charcoal and I have no ashes to clean. it will definitely be different. you lose the smoke. you can always add wood chips in a pan, but it's not really the thing to a pure soul. the gas is however much less hassle. What real demand from real wood. For many of us, that means wood, not charcoal. charcoal is very traditional and old-style. yes, there is a huge difference in taste. If you are camping, use of charcoal. If you at home just make a family BBQ and then go to a gas. its a lot easier. At a gas is less complicated than coal, but with the varieties of wood used for charcoal now you can get a greater degree of taste to your food the flavor of the wood. I like both and yes there is a difference.Gas is a great way to go and you get the true flavor of the meat with a taste for seasoning and charcoal flavor of charcoal.
