Instant Credit Cards Guaranteed

I applied for the Citi Dividend card online, he said an immediate response on the site. I called customer service because it gives me nothing, these people really suck and said "this is not something guaranteed!". .... Well, so do not put up there, or at least tell people that you might get an instant response .. it's just misleding and customer service very pooor, I regret the implementation of this map. I do not really need but I thought it was a good reward card ...... sigh!

Citi is concerned anyway. But you only get an instant response about whether you are approved or you have an extraordinary credit. I am stupid, I remember when I was getting my card first and saw an immediate response, but didint I get one, then I received a letter saying I could not have one, why not just say that his ..... delayed.

If a credit card, they usually give you an immediate answer if you have approved. But if you were not approved, they will send you a letter explaining why they refuse you. If not that, then I do not know what is their problem.
