International Credit Card

I would like to order a laptop, then send it to my cousin lives in Redmond, Washington, but my problem is most sites do accept my credit card because they only accept credit cards in the U.S. ... Amazon accepts international cards, but the laptop that I want to IM was not on sale there ... btw Philippines

I just called Dell www.dell.com ~ ~ they said they can pay you for a computer out of their site with an international credit card as long as it is being shipped to a person states U.S. - If you are looking for COPUT:)
