Jumbo Mortgage Rates

I saw a lot of speculation about the inevitable increase in mortgage rates by the Fed restricts their MBS purchases. I also often see the discussion limited to the purchase of MBS of Fannie and Freddie. Jumbo loans would be less likely to jump from, probably, they have a different investor behind???

We tend to follow the other. When the regular residential rates begin to rise, Jumbo and Commercial will increase accordingly.
