most credit cards for people with bad credit will make a charge. If you have good credit, you probabaly not have to pay any fees at all. Because the fees attached to cards bad credit interest rate is generally quite low, around 10% for some. Of course, with a good credit interest is also relatively low, with costs. You can view maps and compare them for good or bad credit, both http://creditcardwarehouseonline.com It will show the interest rates and fees annually, if applicable.

Credit cards are very difficult to get if you have bad credit. Some banks will give you a credit card without a credit check if you were an existing customer for at least 6 to 12 months and have a good history with them.
Wizard credit card is great for cash advances, as it has no cash advance fees. I use a blank card for my cash advance (max $ 50 fee, even for $ 20k +), then do a balance transfer for AMEX 6 months intro rate of 6.99%. Switch it comes and goes every 6 months and pay below the rate of home loans for credit card debt!
