Low Interest Credit

I need a credit card with low interest, no fees, but I am a student and have a limited credit history. What card can I apply?

As long as the interest rate is low and taxes are low, it does not matter which card you get. If you pay your bills on time, there is nothing to fear.

All I can say is stay as far away from credit cards if possible. They are only the latest problems at the line and you never know what will happen in the future these days so I think its value is not getting credit if you can pay right away just to put in place more credit when you need it for emergencies, but otherwise I stay away, especially American Express, they are merciless if ever you owe them money. It is better to just put money in a bank account and keep track of it and use a debit card for purchases whenever possible. But for someone who has a history of credit just, I would say just get a visa for you. They are all essentially the same, but some minor differences depending on what you want.
