Manual Credit Card Processing

I use Redwood Merchant Services via Yahoo! Blinds for my online store. I just tried to manually process a credit card (as I always do, and normally works very well), but this time I get a "Failed" message. I confirmed by Merchant Services Redwood that is because the credit card is based in the United Kingdom, so that the "AVS" does not work on the part of the manual transaction records Store Manager in Yahoo! Stores. So what do I do? There Y! Store owners manual dealing with international transaction records in another way?
