Yes, but it does not apply in your case.
My company allows us to pay in a savings plan (tax deferred), so that the costs of discovery and co-payments may be paid from the fund. They provide a card that can be used to debit the account of self, or if it needs, we can send you the paperwork and recovery application.

There are also lines of credit medical - but read the terms carefully. While some may have a rate of 0% for some time, most have exorbitant interest rates.

Yes, Citi Bank, Citi has a known health. It's like a regular credit card, but it allows you a full year to repay, without interest. It can be used for veterinary bills or even personal (that's what I used on mine). I would also check with the hospital to see if they offer all financing options ... Good luck!

Why would you do that? How is it different from simply obtaining a credit card that you use only for medical expenses?

This is called Care Credit. I hope you have good credit or you will not get approved.
