Most companies have a sky miles program. you can earn miles with a credit card or other means such as joining the club of airline flight. but I found the best way is with a credit card that allows you to earn sky miles with your purchases. some offer double miles on specific purchases, you can name the items you buy most with your card, or even earn miles on all purchases. be sure to get a card that allows you to use your miles for ANY company, not just an airline. This way, you can travel anywhere on the airline of your choice. Hope this helps

Keep in mind that none of the airlines offer credit cards. They are all offered by banks - the airlines that are partners of incentives. If you're shopping for a bargain, but do not really care what company you earn points, you're probably better control over the big banks first. Some of them offer cards in partnership with many different airlines.

Yes, all airlines offer credit card airline miles basis. There are also other cards on the market that meet all the airlines as well. Findairlinecards is an excellent resource if you're looking for a list of cards.
