Mortgage Repayment Calculator

I need a mortgage calculator that will give you the interest paid each year on a repayment mortgage.
This (obviously) decreases because it is paid and is required if the interest is used to reclaim the tax.
The only ones I ever find just give the amount of monthly payment and total interest over the term of the mortgage.

Sorry but I could not find one that does what you want, because of course the interest rate can change over 25 years and say now you can not get a fixed rate for 25 years .... we reclaim the tax on the interest of a repayment mortgage, the bank calculates for each year we ... can not help you, I'm afraid.
