Orchard Bank Credit Card Payment

For one of my friends who need to be able to have his credit card only with a credit line in place (non-negative balance), so he can rent a car, I need to know :

What is the quickest and least expensive to send the payment in cash for his orchard bank card?

cashier's check?, Money Order? How to send?

There are car rental companies on several that allow you to pay in cash - no CC required. Check with one of these?

You can pay online on their website. They have a payment plan that you can pay the same day, I think it's a cost of 12.00, or you can pay online and it will be posted in 2 to 3 days for free. Anyway, it is faster than any order that you send money by mail.

Send Cashiers check, most companies do not want you to send money. Be sure to allow 7 days for the check. If your friend has a bank account, it could make an electronic payment from that which would only take one day.
