Pay Sunoco Credit CardPosted on March 2, 2010. In excellent position with the company, but got my credit score credit card closed, help!? I (or "a") a credit card Sunoco gas. I was in an excellent position with my payments, I did everything according to the agreement. Never late, even paid more than the minium reason. But today I received a letter from Citibank, which oversees the card and they informed me that they reviewed my credit report and even if I was a good customer with them, pointing to my right credit now makes them have to close my account because I do not have a score high enough to keep it open. My credit score puts me in danger. I talked to a manager "who has openly said that I have great financial history with Sunoco on this card and it will, it could reopen the account, but they are reviewing credit scores on all their accounts, tens of thousands per week and my credit score is not good enough to keep the account open! EVERYTHING is there, I can do! I spoke to someone at the call center, and the "manager". The manager was very pleasant. No talking, and she said it was not just me, but other and all this has to do with my credit score, not the story of my payment or anything. Do I have any type of options here? Thank you, Kitty (Kitty Sad): (ps the 'manager,''said don' t even written a means Citibank re-open because they will not! There is nothing you can do, but consider it a blessing. Why do you want these people in your life??? Pay the card down to a zero balance, and never do business with them. They will not if you are suffering or have late payments elsewhere. They know that if you are having financial problems, sooner or later it will reflect on your account with them. Sorry, there is nothing you can do. It's the same principle they use when checking your credit report, see if you are late in paying another creditor they will raise your interest. You'll need to do something to improve your credit score. A good starting point is to check your credit report to see what lenders see. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment |
