Peterson Gas LogsLog vented gas problems - keeps clicking but does not start the fire?

Robert Peterson H I log in the open air with electric start (no LED). When I start it, and start clicking on the flame is lit, but it does not start the fire. Follow the instructions to wait a few minutes before restarting. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem. Called support and replace the power switch too much without any results.

If the witness is coming, you'll need to replace the flame sensor. If the driver does not come, you will need to ensure the pilot tube is not clogged.
If the pilot tube is not clogged, you will need to replace the gas valve.

If it starts, the problem is not the mechanism, but the burning material, it may be wet?
If it starts to burn, what is the problem? try a different fire-log.
