I want to start a business credit card prepaid how do I start?

No.. Not the same as starting a bank. .. Not easy .. Not cheap, but certainly doable if you have a lot of money. See .. Rather, the problem is these maps as a minimum to start big. No.. There are several banks that would be more than happy to talk about than all this entails:
