fraud credit card or not? I do not know if this case is considered fraud, but I plan to report to my credit card company anyway to get the charge removed. I went to this gas station, "Racetrack", with the intention of getting my fill of gas. The machines (or whatever you call them) that they have at this station are very old and are probably twisted with errors. I was 15 station number. So after I entered my credit info. and placed the nozzle into the gas chamber, I had trouble pulling the cover. The lift of the nozzle was really free and I could not make it work. Then I ran inside and asked the guys how to get the job of lifting (he spoke very bad English btw), but I do not understand what he said. I ran outside and saw immediately the screen of the station, I was showing $ 46 million and 18 gallons of gasoline. These figures do not make sense because there was never any gas supplied through the nozzle to the numbers only arises after I told the guys inside there is something wrong with the station 15 . I drive a Corrola 95 and it can store about 10 gallons of gasoline, so the most I paid for gas is about $ 19 - $ 20. Knowing this, I looked around to see a receipt is printed on, there was nobody. I am frustrated and decides to go to another gas station near where I lived. when I turned on my engine, my gas level was the same as it was before, so I knew I did not have gas. However, the cost of this gas station is currently pending to appear on my credit record. Then the incident is reported as a fraud so that the load is lost my credit. There is no reason why I should pay 46 million dollars to something that I have not received. Sorry for the long description.
It sounds like you should talk to your local Better Business Bureau. "If they can not help you, I'm sure they would be able to point you in the right direction. You should also call the number on your card credit and explain the situation to them and see what they have to say.You can also talk to the Attorney General Office to apply your state. You can also view a petrol station there and see that the last time 'they have been certified (there should be a sticker on the pump) and call office. If that they have pumps that do not function well and told about it more than once and did nothing about it chances are they will get screwed by the applicable state agency.Good Luck.
and it is Trickey
Yes, you can make a chrage return and if the station did not say anything someone else has stolen the gas and it would have been impossible to fill your tank with more than the amount
obtain documentation on the gas tank to save
