Rate Cash Back Rewards

I'm looking for a cashback card. Miles, gift certificates, etc. I do not care. I want a card to use on literally everything I buy (I'll pay per month if the interest is not a deciding factor) and build up money back while I am.
Several people have recommended Chase card because they had a 5% rate of return on common purchases, but I was not able to find any that had more than 3%. There maps still there with 5% or more?
I saw a lot of questions like this one here, but most of them seem dated.

Suggestions?

The rewards of change from month to month for the Chase Card. Last year I had a Chase card with 5% discount, it is now 5% discount for the first 12 months, then 1% Cash Back after to shop. You can check bankrate.com for the best deals.

Citibank has some of the best programs and save money.
