Rig Jobs

I heard that oil rigs / jobs sands arrested in early spring when the ground thaws. How long are they operational again? Do they work in summer, autumn or wait until when the ground begins to freeze again?

the question, I suppose you somewhere up in Canada .. they do. it has to do with being able to carry materials to rigsites ... and until the ground is frozen again, the work is stopped. This is true for land platforms, and not the oil extraction.
