Secured Credit Card Application

Posted on January 26, 2010.
Secured Credit Card ApplicationHas anyone heard of the National City Bank? They sent me a card application secured credit secured and that I want?

National City Bank sent me a secured credit card application WARRANTY, but they seem to want a lot of money and info on me at the front. Has anyone heard if they are a scam?

National City is a major bank, at least in my region of the United States. All credit cards require a deposit guarantee. You open a savings account and a commitment to balance the security in case you do not pay the bill on your card. Your credit limit is generally the same as the amount deposited. They are essentially allowing you to borrow your own money and reporting payments to credit bureaus.

warranty because you give them money first. Unless you're already looking for funding, stay away. If you are looking to compare their products to a local bank to get an idea of services.

If you walk into a bank and ask did you produce comparable to this, you will probably receive an answer of "yes".

You have not heard of National City Bank. It looks like a very sweet name, in this day and age of Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Wachovia is almost everywhere.

Good Luck

I heard from National City Bank, there is a bit even if I live. A secured credit card, you must have money in the bank to cover what you spend on the card is like a credit card construction. I know that this practice is legitimate, but I can not say that what you have is certainly the real thing. If there is a number, give them a call, or check the business with the Better Business Bureau, you can even check online. It seems ok, but it's always better to check if you doubt.

I heard about the National City Bank and they are reliable and well established here in Ohio.
A secured credit card is different from a regular. The amount of your deposit (how much money they want to put you on the account) is generally based on your credit history. You will be asked many questions ... most applications of credit.

yup, I heard of them. In fact, there are several in my area. My stepdaughter there are banks.
