Transfer Frequent Flyer Miles

I am a Starwood Preferred. I have miles to the edge AA and Continental one pass. Does anyone know if I can transfer my miles for hotel points? I do not have enough miles in both to get a free flight, so I prefer to use in hotel stays or merchandise.

Believe me your SPG points are worth more than any air miles on a 1:1 basis. That's why GSP will give you 25.000 miles for every 20,000 points you redeem. Also, have you ever seen the total cost of a hotel as a W?

But I'm sure you know since you're wondering how you can get more points. Unfortunately, I can not find a way either. The closest thing is Membership Rewards AMEX, which can transfer 1000 reward points for just 230 points GSP. This is not a good deal.

Transfers between programs usually means a bad deal, so do most other people do .. sell you a ticket items or to pay for that extra night of hotel =)

Never transfer air mile miles away. Air miles are worth more money point of the hotel. 25.000 miles is equal to $ 500.
