Unsecured Debt Relief

I do not know if I should file for Chapter 7 or a debt relief agency, I have about 15k of unsecured debt, and 80K in student loans. I started the paperwork to file, but I'm having doubts.

The bankruptcy will do nothing for your student loans. See if you can get your student loans deferred for a bit and work on getting other debts paid. Debt relief will also ruin your credit. If there is no way you can work a second job or to cut back to keep caught up, it does.
