Wall Furnace

Posted on September 3, 2010.
Wall FurnaceWhy is my furnace wall so noisy?

I had a new wall oven installed in my house 2 months ago. It is very crackling every time he comes on and off for about 10 minutes. The company that installed the heating furnace said this is due to the expansion of metal when heated and there is nothing that can be done about it. They also said that it is a common problem with the furnace wall. Is this true? The company has tried to loosen the screws to relieve the pressure but it did not help. Thank you for all info.

Ask people oven if it is viable and safe to put insulation in IE: Fiberglass exterior doors between to keep the beat down to a roar.

Ans. I worked there Heating & A / C. It could be your jacket is too small to handle the flow of air or pressure. The return air duct collapses inwards and the supply duct is bursting outward when the camera turns on and the opposite when he died. not much that can be done about it other than reinstalling larger pipes. Technology. is also fair. Could be a combination. hope this helps you understand.

OMG, I'm so glad you asked that question. I have the same problem with my oven wall and it makes me crazzzzzy. This is not as strong as I only notice it when the house is quiet and I'm going to bed. I was too lazy to look into it, but now I see that someone else is having the same problem, there probably is not much to do :-(

It seems that if your device works properly. I had one in an old house that I lived in and if it was not quiet, he did not have many moves and poping. If it were me I would say another heating company and ask their opinion. I would even try to call the manufacturer to see what they say. The bottom line is that you paid for it and you should be satisfied with your purchase and if you do not I trim until you are. I noticed that a lot of time once a company has received your money, they do not want to help you with anything else. I would complain until they fix the problem.

When a new gas appliance is installed. this is not a bad idea the clock to make sure it is running at what it is supposed, gas, Wise. In other words, you want to ensure that a 35,000 BTU furnace wall is made using 35,000 BTU. This is done by firing * * Camera only one and see what he uses on the gas meter, over a period of time (one or two minutes is sufficient). Most of the time is right on the plant, but if it is fire - and this is adjustable - it can cause the symptoms you describe. use of gas meters report in cubic feet, so you need to know how many cubic feet Btu / your gas company is provided. Where I live is 1050 BTU cfs

The gas pressure device can also be checked with a manometer. It should be in the specifications of the furnace wall. It is also often a problem, but maybe worth a look.

The worst case, call the manufacturer. There could be someone who can offer something.
