Zero Interest Transfer

I'm looking for a credit card with no interest transfer, no transfer fee, 12 months or more without interest on transfers, low interest rates after the period of zero interest, no annual fees, long grace periods. Also, I want to avoid the cards to change the terms of service after the transfer, even if the owner has not paid late. Can you recommend any cards that should work for me? In addition, there other criteria I should be aware? Thank you.
