Zero Percent Credit CardsPosted on February 21, 2010. If I ask for more credit cards at zero percent at the time some companies will give them to me? My goal is to get as much credit as possible because I have the IRS about 15K. If I ask the card companies, several at a time they will see the inquries but not on my credit cards. Companies will have more give me a zero percent at a time? I have 720 + credit. Hi Jon, all the cards I've seen 0% rate is higher after 12 or 18 months. If you can not pay at this point you might look for a card with a low 2.9% or 3.9% for life of balance transfer. After gaining control of the card limit, if it is not sufficient to cover the 15K you must call the company and ask them to raise the limit. Even tell them what you want money for. If you already have a credit card you should first try to call the company and see if they can find a good deal for you. I know this can be done. With a score of 720 + credit, you are very likely to approve. But the opening of a large number of new accounts in a short period of time is not a very good idea. It will not be good on your credit file, and can give you some inconvenience in the future if you request a loan. Be careful ..... requires a lot of new money at a time can reduce your credit score .... At most .... ask for two cards .... You should not apply for several Would not it be easier to set up a payment plan with the IRS? I'd rather deal with the IRS of a company credit card. Not much there for now ........ 0% but you can try ........ CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment |
